Here's a translation for the "Late Spring" bonus chapter included with the tankobon. I don't know where to get decent editing raws, but I saw the Imgur gallery (link related) and translated from that.
One line that might be improved, on the tenth page:
> (flt) 美人ã¯å¾—よãー
> Good things come to the good-looking.
This is a common phrase in Japanese, 美人ã¯å¾—, that's used to remark that being attractive often attracts material and social goods, independent of any other qualities they might have. I didn't come up with any equivalent English phrases, so I adapted a different one to try to give it the same sort of aphoristic feel. If anyone has a better idea for an English saying here, please let it be known.
